That’s why it’s better to focus on what our body needs to function healthy and what nutrients it needs to deliver than to focus on limitations to maintain their body fit. If you change your mind in this way and stop approaching the subject of healthy living as a matter of life and death, it will be easier for you to let go with your friends for a beer or pizza one night or celebrate success in your favorite restaurant. There are no calories that can’t be burned.
Remember that every glass of water, every vegetable or fruit, or a portion of healthy protein is a form of health care. Only when you stop treating a healthy lifestyle as terror and start enjoying every training session, healthy eating, you have a chance to change your habits for good.
